Article 3 Mr. Bounds is a landscape architect and urban designer. He received his master’s degree in landscape architecture with an emphasis in master planning and landscape design. He has handled a wide variety of project scales in various locations across the country and internationally. His primary focus is master planning and design on urban and suburban communities which includes parks and streetscapes. Tasks required on these projects varied however, the experience covers all aspects of Landscape Architecture including project management, agency review processes, mitigation issues, site planning, feasibility studies, citizens work sessions, guidelines, schematic design, design development, complete construction documentation, cost estimating, field administration and maintenance guidelines.
